Content Operations Specialist

Flowzz is looking for a German-speaking Content Operations Specialist to join our Operations team. This is a cross-functional role combining content management, customer support, community moderation, and catalog optimization. You'll play a key role in ensuring our platform remains accurate, organized, and user-friendly for both customers and pharmacy partners.

Product Content Management

• Write detailed, accurate, and engaging descriptions for cannabis strains and products.
• Build and format product pages from scratch within the CMS.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all product listings.
• Create SEO-optimized content to improve organic search visibility.

Visual Content Management

• Select suitable visuals for cannabis strains and product listings.
• Edit flower images to meet Flowzz's quality and branding standards.
• Upload images in the correct formats and resolutions.
• Ensure a consistent visual identity throughout the platform.

Customer Support (HubSpot CRM)

• Respond to customer and pharmacy inquiries through HubSpot CRM.
• Write professional, structured responses aligned with internal guidelines and brand voice.
• Deliver timely, high-quality support while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.

Community Moderation (Strapi Dashboard)

• Monitor user-generated content and community discussions.
• Review, approve, or reject comments according to community guidelines.
• Remove inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• Identify policy violations and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Content & User Matching

• Match user search queries with the most relevant cannabis strains and products.
• Improve product discoverability through accurate categorization and tagging.
• Align product information with user intent and search behavior.
• Help optimize the overall user experience through precise content management.

Product Mapping & Catalog Structuring

• Convert product titles into SEO-friendly URL slugs.
• Ensure consistency between displayed product names and their corresponding URLs.
• Organize and maintain the product catalog for intuitive navigation and optimal SEO performance.
• Continuously improve data quality and catalog structure.

Review Management 

• Monitor customer reviews on Trustpilot and the Flowzz platform.
• Ensure reviews comply with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Respond to customer feedback professionally and empathetically.
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Support Flowzz's reputation by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Fluent German (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Experience using CMS platforms.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM, Strapi, or similar systems.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS, or digital operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in content management, operations, customer support, or digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with structured data and large content catalogs.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
