Purpose:

Reporting to the Group Manager – Creative & Digital Marketing Process Operations, the Manager, Creative & Digital Marketing Process Operations will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing teams by overseeing the execution and optimization of content workflows and processes. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of content-related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a process-driven mindset, and experience in content management systems and tools.

The Job:

As the Content Operations Manager, you’ll be part of our marketing team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

  • Support the Content Operations Group Manager in implementing and maintaining content workflows and processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for specific content-related operations, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of content projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in content operations.
  • Assist in vendor management related to content and marketing operations tools.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within the content operations function.
