You have a unique opportunity to join the X-FLOW team as a Content Operations Manager for our incredibly popular product Happy Color.

As part of the Content Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our daily content releases are delivered accurately, on time, and exactly as planned, helping millions of players discover new content every day.

What you'll do:

  • Own the daily content release process, ensuring every release is accurate, complete, delivered on time, and fully aligned with the content plan.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain content in our internal content management tools, following established workflows and quality standards.
  • Help improve internal content operations, documentation, and planning tools by identifying opportunities to simplify and optimize existing workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art, Development, Support, and Social Media teams throughout the content production and release process.
  • Participate in content planning, production discussions, and brainstorms for upcoming releases.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with CMS, admin panels, or content management systems for websites or mobile apps.
  • Ownership of content delivery processes, ensuring releases are accurate, on time, and aligned with the content plan.
  • Experience optimizing operational processes and improving the efficiency and reliability of content delivery.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with designers, developers, support, and other stakeholders.
  • Russian language — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with art teams and a solid understanding of the content production process.
  • A good eye for visual quality and the confidence to provide thoughtful feedback on illustrations.
  • A creative mindset and curiosity to suggest new ideas and approaches to content.
