WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Content Operations Manager for Region Central Europe, you drive the execution of activity plans that follow global guidelines while ensuring seamless regional adaptations. Your focus is on delivering added customer value, strengthening the brand, and increasing sales through effective content operations. You lead, manage, and organize the Content Operations team, ensuring alignment with H&M values, standards, policies, and procedures.
You will:
- Sign off on content assignments and follow up with the content team to ensure deliverables meet global guidelines, goals, briefs, budgets, and timelines, ensuring executional excellence.
- Stay up to date with (content) marketing trends, tools, and technologies, while collaborating closely with sales teams, marketing departments, and regional stakeholders to achieve content and sales objectives in the target market.
- Lead complex campaign productions (adaptations) from Region to individual Market level, supporting the team in maintaining brand excellence with the consumers and customers in mind.
- Oversee cross-functional teamwork and prioritize work with the Regional Production Hub to ensure smooth execution.
- Set, track, and report on KPIs and objectives connected to team responsibilities, highlighting the connection to added customer value and sales impact where possible.
- Collaborate closely with all Customer Activation and Marketing teams and key stakeholders, including Omni Sales Teams, Visual Merchandising, Digital (e-com), Retail, and Merchandising.
- Provide effective leadership to motivate, inspire, and guide the production team, ensuring the creation of high-quality content that aligns with the organization’s goals and sales strategies.
- Manage team dynamics by setting clear objectives, providing constructive feedback, allocating tasks, and ensuring cohesive collaboration toward common goals.
- Bring a test, learn & scale mindset to secure continuous learning and raising the bar for the team, but also the H&M brand.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Content Operations function drives customer engagement, brand consistency, and sales growth through the effective execution of content strategies across various channels and all our touchpoints.
As a Content Operations Manager, you’ll lead and manage the regional content team, consisting of content production specialists, copywriters, and digital content coordinators, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and digital to ensure seamless content delivery. The Content Operations team is part of the broader Customer Activation & Marketing (CA&M) team, which focuses on creating a unified and impactful customer experience. In this role, you will report to the Regional Head of CA&M.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- A Marketing degree, Project Management certification, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of experience in management roles, either agency or advertiser-side.
- Knowledge of all disciplines within marketing and communications.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to deliver omni-channel solutions.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant production management software and common communications tools.
- A proven track record of delivering strategies and solutions that drive business results.
- Experience in setting and following up on KPIs and budgets to demonstrate return on investment.
- Experience in buying media and talent services.
