You will guide the strategy for how our sites attract, educate, and convert our audience, while partnering with demand generation, product, analytics, and sales to ensure the site is aligned with business and marketing goals.
What you will do:
Direct overall website strategy, including how we position the business, structure information, optimize website for revenue generation and conversion, and support key campaigns
Shape UX across the site, including navigation, content hierarchy, and user flows rooted in customer needs and data
Lead and manage a team, setting priorities, defining goals, planning resources, managing performance and day-to-day execution, while ensuring alignment with organization goals and user needs.
Coach and develop a team of high-performing strategists and producers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
Guide the team on best-practices and technical direction, while providing hands-on development and problem-solving assistance
Lead discovery, planning, and prioritization for website initiatives, including new features, templates, and optimizations
Work with engineering partners to plan and launch updates to create a website experience that feels dynamic, intuitive, and useful
Manage website integrations and data flows, including CRM
Set and monitor site performance KPIs with an eye toward improving engagement, conversion, and technical health
Champion an experimentation mindset and run tests to optimize usability and speed to conversion
Oversee governance for content, design standards, and accessibility
Maintain a smooth operational rhythm for updates, publishing, and QA
You need to have:
5-7 years of experience leading website strategy or operations, preferably for a complex B2B or SaaS organization
Minimum 3-5 years of people leadership experience
Strong understanding of UX principles and digital user behavior
Practical experience with GTM, Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, web design tools, and CMS platforms (WordPress)
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
