Content Operations & Governance Specialist

We have an opportunity for a Content Operations & Governance Specialist to join our Content Strategy team remotely in Brazil, reporting to the Senior Content Strategy Manager. In this pivotal role, you will design scalable workflows, establish practical governance standards, build dashboards and metrics, connect the platforms our teams rely on, and use approved AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort and improve classification, analysis, reporting, and decision support while applying sound human judgment throughout.

You’ll build the systems that help the marketing organization keep information accurate, discoverable, and on-brand at scale. Collaborating closely with Product and Solutions Marketing, Brand Studio, Web Strategy, Corporate Communications, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, and other cross-functional partners, you will connect strategy to execution through clear criteria, documented decisions, measurable processes, and practical human-in-the-loop controls.

We welcome candidates from Content Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Data and Analytics, Business Systems, Program Management, and similar operations backgrounds. Prior experience working directly with content is a plus, but it is not required. This is an opportunity to help shape a growing capability and enable the marketing organization to work more efficiently and consistently.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Define when human review, escalation, remediation, or approval is required, and coordinate human-in-the-loop workflows through closure
  • Establish and maintain a measurement framework that defines what to track, which tests to run, and how findings inform operational decisions

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • Minimum five years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or three years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent practical experience in content operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, data and analytics, business systems, program or process management, knowledge management, or a related field

  • Experience managing content inventories, audits, lifecycle governance, taxonomies, metadata models, naming systems, quality-assurance processes, or digital asset environments is a plus
  • Practical experience using approved AI tools for productivity, classification, summarization, analysis, documentation, automation, or decision support, with the judgment to validate outputs and protect confidential information
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into requirements, acceptance criteria, process specifications, and repeatable operating procedures
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, define meaningful measures, and recommend improvements
