Job Overview:

 The Content Operations Associate will be responsible for tasks related to the development and deployment of K-12 test materials. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use process documents for quality control tasks 

  • Learn CAI’s systems to complete tasks 

  • Create and QC test forms and test configuration files 

  • Conduct quality control reviews of test materials 

  • Monitor work done by outside vendors 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required and 0-2 years of experience in project or operations management 

  • Excellent computer knowledge, specifically in Excel preferred 

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail 

  • Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions 

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines 

  • High level of organization and the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/ projects simultaneously 

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Bilingual Spanish preferred 

  • Ability to travel up to 10% (up to 3-4 times a year).
