Daily management of Indonesian vertical operations: Responsible for the overall supply setup and consumption scale of the vertical category. Deep understanding of content: Abstract paradigms of content or tracks, organize the direction and pace of vertical content upgrades; participate in the construction of the content ecosystem, define content quality, and enhance user consumption experience. Establish a vertical creator operation system: Improve various indicators such as the quantity, quality, and activity of high-quality vertical creators; incubate and cultivate featured vertical creators, collaborate with the team on creator marketing to amplify influence.

Plan and execute vertical activities: Enhance user awareness, increase vertical content consumption, and discover high-quality content producers.

Bachelor's degree or higher:  experience in content operations, experience in short video vertical operations is a plus.

Excellent data and market competition analysis skills: Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities in the internet sector.

Proficiency in English as a working language: Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, passionate, and creative.
