The Content Operation Manager is responsible for UGC community strategy, collaborating with teams to enhance UGC operations, and resolving issues through data analysis.

Responsibilities:
1.  Full responsible for UGC community strategy design in SnackVideo,  including community growth, Live Streamers maintenance, contribution activities, content education, etc.....
2. Cooperate with cross-functional team to explore UGC operation capability,expanding the impact of UGC community both in-app and external .
3. Find and solve problems timely by data analysis and working recap. 

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, more than 3 years working experience, global working experience is preferred.
2 Have a deep understanding of live streaming platform content, can keenly catch the content trend, have rich experience in community operation/creator operation/UGC/live streaming operation.
3. Master Indonesian, English and can be used as a working language, Mandarin is preferred.
4. Open, patient and cooperative, strong communication skills, self-drive, excellent team working awareness.
