What You’ll Do
- Assist schools in enhancing their websites by migrating content from existing websites to a new CMS and website platform.
- Utilize spreadsheets to organize and track content, changes, and project details.
- Apply HTML to update and refine content layout for improved presentation.
- Work efficiently without compromising on quality and design standards.
- Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or college
- Experience with or knowledge of a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Joomla, Drupal)
- Proficient computer skills, ideally with macOS
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Understanding of modern website navigation and web design principles
- Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Docs/Sheets)
- Technical proficiency in tasks such as uploading, downloading, searching, and sourcing data
- Functional knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
