The RoleThe Content Marketing Manager supports the execution of NuHarbor’s marketing strategy through content creation, campaign coordination, and brand development. This role involves writing, designing, and publishing content across digital platforms, assisting with light video editing, and maintaining project timelines and materials. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of contributing across functions to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and strategic marketing initiatives.
What you’ll do

- Content creation and execution
- Write and edit high-quality content that supports lead generation and brand awareness goals including blogs, email copy, landing pages, and social posts
- Design and format marketing assets such as social visuals, one-pagers, landing pages, emails, and campaign materials.
- Publish and update content across our website and blog.
- Contribute to short-form video editing and visual storytelling for social and campaign use.
- Social Media and Digital Presence
- Manage and schedule posts for NuHarbor’s LinkedIn page.
- Support executive LinkedIn presence.
- Campaign Support and Distribution
- Coordinate distribution of content across email, web, and social.
- Build and QA landing pages, emails, and other campaign assets.
- Asset Management and Project Coordination
- Keep campaign assets organized and up to date across shared folders.
- Track deadlines and task lists to keep content and campaign work on schedule.
- Event and Partner Support
- Assist with materials and logistics for both in-person and virtual events.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Demand Generation Manager to prepare partner-facing content, campaign assets, and sales enablement tools.
- Analytics and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor engagement across digital channels and surface actionable insights.
- Stay informed on trends in B2B marketing and cybersecurity
Your foundation. The requirements for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, cybersecurity, or a related field and three (3) years of professional marketing experience with at least two (2) years of cybersecurity experience.
- In of lieu of a degree, 2 years of relevant experience in addition to the qualifications listed above.
- Proven track record of effective campaign execution with the ability to provide a portfolio or examples of successful blog posts, social content, or email campaigns.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience using CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot.
- Excellent organizational, time-management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, while interacting professionally with internal and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with learning new tools and platforms quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Additional capabilities that will differentiate you for this role:
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B technology.
- Familiarity with basic video editing tools like Canva.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
- Experience formatting presentations and visuals in PowerPoint.
- Experience helping grow social media presence (especially LinkedIn).
- Interest in partner marketing and customer storytelling.
- Enthusiasm for brand building and results-driven marketing
Location: This role is open for remote or in person/hybrid location.
Base Salary for this role is targeted at $80,000 - $110,000 annually. *Salary based on Burlington, VT salary data. Offer is based on candidate geography. Additionally, this role is eligible for the company bonus plan at a 10% target.
