Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the development and optimization of high-quality content that is aligned to Kyriba’s market positioning and drives awareness and engagement with our ICP. This includes ideating and researching content topics and working with the relevant resources to execute.

• Collaborate with cross functional partners and stakeholders to plan a content strategy that reflects our unique business value, company initiatives and market trends.

• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and target audiences to inform content strategy resonates with our ICP.

• Amplify the brand by ensuring all content adheres to Kyriba's brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining consistency across all channels.

Education, Experience & Skills

• ​5-7+ years of direct or related experience in content marketing with a proven track record of both developing a content strategy and executing high quality content creation across a range of formats and channels including blogs, video (scripting), success stories, research reports, infographics, social media.

• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail with the ability to craft compelling narratives across various content formats.

• Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.

• Empathy – for our team, our department, and our business stakeholders.

• Team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organization & multi-tasking skills and the ability to consistently evaluate priorities with attention to detail.

• Adept at juggling many projects at once, and working cross-functionally, while never losing sight of goals and timelines.

• Prior experience working in the FinTech or Treasury Management Software space a plus but not required.

Base compensation for this role is: $81,300.00 - $111,975.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
