Content Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose

• Delivering high quality marketing content across distribution channels.
• Supporting the production of a range of content such as blogs, product materials and various multimedia assets.
• Build a strong partnership with our Research and Sales team to ensure marketing content supports existing and prospective clients.
• Manage coordination and signing off process with multiple stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand, tone of voice, legal/regulatory and compliance requirements and to harness best practices across geographies and audience segments.

Key Accountabilities and Scope

• Producing and supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing content.
• Draft copy, and project manage, for various forms of marketing collateral. 
• Ensure product content is consistent, compelling and up-to-date.
• Take ownership for ensuring the corporate presentation is updated regularly.
• Manage the creation of product lists.
• Overseeing the translation of relevant materials.
• Support in managing the pipeline of content production by proofreading and editing content.
• Drive or support, where required, the creation of engaging multimedia assets including videos and infographics.
• Ensure WisdomTree’s style guide is adhered to for all written materials.
• Liaising with internal teams and working with in-house designer to create content pieces.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of content marketing experience within the asset management industry (ETF experience/knowledge preferred).
• Experience of creating collateral, content assets and sales enablement materials.
• Strong understanding of asset management marketing and sales channels and the most effective routes to engage an audience.
• Excellent attention to detail with a heavy focus on grammar and editing in English.
• Fluency in Italian, German or French (written and spoken) is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Able to work independently on projects, while also demonstrating a proactive, can-do attitude that drives projects forward.
• Planning and project management skills, including the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at the same time without compromising on quality or deadlines.
• Highly organised, with a knack for keeping various projects on track and stakeholders informed
• Excellent written, verbal communication and proofreading skills.
• Enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work effectively with different people and departments.
• Understands the need to prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations in a dynamic work environment.
• Results driven, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and on time.
