After 10 years in the game and establishing a cash-flow positive service, we're working on our strategy to acquire our next 1M+ lines. You’ll lead US Mobile’s content vision, shaping and delivering fresh ideas across written and video formats. From product launches to campaigns, you’ll create and manage content that inspires customers, drives engagement, and boosts conversions – while building scalable processes to continually optimize impact.

Qualifications / Responsibilities

  • Experience working on consumer facing technology.
  • Develop and drive the overall content strategy and editorial calendar to support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing customer engagement.
  • Own end-to-end content marketing programs, from concept through production, distribution, and performance optimization.
  • Create and oversee multi-format content, including blogs, videos, email, and social media, ensuring quality and on-brand storytelling.
  • Partner closely with growth, product, and design teams to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Use data and insights to shape strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure impact on awareness, conversion, and long-term growth.
  • Establish scalable processes, workflows, and content guidelines.
  • Explore and implement innovative formats, such as short-form video, interactive content, or new distribution platforms, to keep US Mobile ahead of trends.
