Content Marketing Manager

Quantum-Si is on the hunt for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team! In this role, you’ll craft compelling narratives, develop engaging content, and bring our brand’s voice to life across multiple channels. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how we communicate with researchers, scientists, and the broader biotech community by helping them discover the power of Next-Gen Protein Sequencing™. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also an exceptional writer with experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field. As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:  

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Quantum-Si’s marketing and business goals. 

• Create compelling content, including blog posts, long-form articles, op-eds, email nurture campaigns, external messages, and social media content. 

• Oversee the development of thought leadership content that positions Quantum-Si as an industry innovator. 

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, and scientific teams, to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible and engaging content. 

• Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. 

• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely content delivery. 

• Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to create visually engaging content assets. 

• Track content performance and use data-driven insights to refine content strategies. 

Qualifications 

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field. 

• 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the life sciences, biotechnology, or healthcare industries. 

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail. 

• Ability to translate complex scientific topics into clear and engaging content. 

• Experience with SEO best practices, content management systems, and email marketing platforms. 

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously. 

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including scientists, product managers, and designers. 

• A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for communicating scientific innovation. 

Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it’s ok if you don’t!):  

• Experience in the following industries: Protein Sequencing, Mass Spectrometry or Genomic Sequencing 

• Ph.D. in one of the sciences 

The estimated base salary range for this role based in the United States of America is: $90,000-$130,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, level of the position, an individual’s skills, knowledge and abilities, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all full-time employees are eligible for our discretionary bonus program and equity as part of the compensation package.
