About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing content that aligns with our brand strategy, focusing on industry trends, insights, and breaking news in the retail media space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our content is impactful, informative, and resonates with our target audience.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market trends within the retail media industry.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather insights and ensure accuracy in all content produced.
  • Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and reach.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor content to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and retail media.
  • Lead content-related projects, ensuring cross-team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor key engagement and react metrics, adjust content strategies as needed to enhance results, and effectively communicate project progress and recommendations to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content management, preferably in the B2B or retail media sectors.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution channels.
