The Product Marketing & Strategy team is responsible for defining the company’s market position and executing our GTM across the entire customer journey. We represent the Axonius brand, vision, and platform in the market, while supporting every internal team with messaging and enablement.
About the Role:
The Content Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in both defining and managing a structured content program, and creating and distributing technical content that represents the Axonius brand and strikes a chord with our audience. The role requires strong writing and production skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a technical audience in an authentic and meaningful manner. You will work closely with the entire Marketing organization to effectively prioritize and deliver content across a wide range of brand awareness and demand generation initiatives, and will be supported by the Product Marketing team around themes and messaging. This is a highly visible role with a lot of opportunity to make a measurable impact on the company’s GTM efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate a winning content marketing strategy purpose-built for the modern economy and current buyer trends
- Decide which content formats and which distribution channels will be most effective for both creating demand and capturing demand
- Implement rigorous measurement to assess content performance across all channels and audiences
- Content Program Management
- Collaborate with regional Marketing teams to gather requirements, upcoming campaigns, and more to prioritize which content to product
- Plan and oversee the content production schedule to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across channels
- Regularly review content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Content Creation
- Write and edit engaging content including but not limited to web copy, blog posts, solution briefs, and whitepapers
- Work directly with brand and design teams to produce high-quality assets
- Collaborate with regional Marketing teams to schedule and distribute content assets in conjunction with campaigns
About You:
The ideal candidate is someone who is capable of balancing a high bar for content quality and technical accuracy with the speed of delivery expected within a fast-paced GTM organization. You have a leadership mindset and can work cross-functionally, while getting hands-on with writing.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to write high-quality technical content – bonus if it’s in the Security space
- Prior experience managing or participating in a B2B content marketing program
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Expertise in communication tools and platforms, including content management systems

Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)
$100,000—$120,000 USD
