Job Description:

The Content Marketing Manager will lead the creation, management, and optimization of content supporting Nextracker’s global sales, corporate/technology marketing and brand efforts. In addition to providing strategic direction and execution of external content creation, this role will develop corporate and technology narratives for the company’s key communications channels, including executive communications, collateral, direct email, and social media. Other daily activities for this role include:

  • Working closely with product marketing, internal communications, DEI and Culture, global regions and partner agency teams.
  • Supporting the development of best-in-class written copy, video and other compelling content for distribution across global platforms and social media channels.
  • A deep understanding of corporate/technology messaging and content marketing for websites, email, social media, brand systems from presentations to data sheets, along with performance metrics is essential.
  • The ideal candidate has a professional background in journalism, agency or other writing career with 5 years+ working experience in print, digital and multi-media content using knowledge in advanced marketing and content digital platform tools.
  • An aptitude and passion for technology, government policy and renewable energy is a key consideration in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a global content marketing strategy that supports sales, corporate marketing, and branding goals/objectives and KPIs

- Lead the social media content calendar in collaboration with global marketing internal business partners, field marketers, and global agency partners, ensuring the distribution of best-in-class content across all platforms.

- Lead content and manage Nextracker’s corporate website, including redesign efforts, updates, and collaboration with agency partners.

- Create, manage and optimize global digital and print content including website, collateral, direct email for targeted audiences.

- Utilize creative design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other platforms to produce visually engaging content.

- Collaborate with regional field marketers to localize content, ensuring relevance to regional technology applications, terrain, and customer needs.

- Manage our vast library of videos and photography within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool in coordination with the IT department, ensuring easy access for global marketing staff- all while managing the organization of images, videos, and other graphic files and multimedia assets.

- Work closely with sales enablement teams to update and maintain sales presentations and assets for global tradeshows and key customer engagements.

- Act as a mini subject matter expert (SME) on Nextracker’s technologies, translating complex technical concepts into compelling and accessible content.

- Lead and execute direct email marketing campaigns and ABM strategies, leveraging platforms like Hubspot for customer outreach.

- Support content creation for global tradeshows, ensuring consistency across marketing materials and presentations.

- Staying updated on social media, email marketing, and website technology trends, making data-driven decisions to increase engagement and improve stickiness to gain customer mindshare.

- Analyze performance data and optimize content strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong background in both print and digital content creation.

- Proven experience managing websites and collaborating with external agencies for design and development.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with marketing automation and CMS platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Contentful, Wordpress, and similar systems.

- Strong creative skills with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other multimedia platforms.

- Experience managing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool and organizing content libraries in concert with the IT department.

- Deep understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies for driving results on X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram (and possibly others such as WhatsApp for regional customer education and engagement).

- Prior experience in the energy, sustainability, or technology sectors is preferred, but not required.

- Proven ability to work with engineers and cross-functional teams to translate technical information into clear, engaging content.

- Experience localizing content for international markets and tailoring messaging to regional needs.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management and organizational skills.

- Results-oriented with a focus on performance metrics and data-driven improvements.

- Fluency in more than one language is a plus.

- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
