Job Summary:

Semtech Corporation is seeking a strategic Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. As a global leader in innovative semiconductor solutions, Semtech is committed to providing a seamless digital experience for our customers, partners, and stakeholders. We’re looking for a creative, analytical marketer to lead content creation and shape our brand’s voice. Your exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will directly help expand our brand presence, engage our audiences, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

  • Create high-quality and compelling content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content that supports marketing initiatives, product launches, and thought leadership

  • Create and manage editorial calendar to deliver timely content across platforms

  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company’s style guide and voice across all content deliverables

  • Report and monitor content performance success metrics and identify critical improvement opportunities with action plans to address

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a content manager, content strategist or similar role in B2B technology marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across platforms

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions

  • Journalism experience a plus

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is CAD $84,000 - $132,000. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
