As our Content Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing. The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all marketing content, ensuring it supports demand generation campaigns, enhances brand visibility, and communicates our value proposition effectively across various platforms. By creating targeted content that aligns with customer journeys and departmental objectives, this role directly influences the sales funnel and supports the achievement of revenue goals.

This role is open to US citizens and legal residents, as well as Canadian citizens. 

What You'll Do:

  • Complete the content audit and develop a revision or retirement plan for underperforming content. Start implementing new content strategies for one-pagers, emails, and sales sequences. Initiate a series of A/B testing for different content formats. Develop and begin executing a plan for regular content updates on the website and landing pages.
  • Create compelling digital assets (blogs, videos, infographics) to support marketing campaigns. Measure and report on the impact of newly implemented strategies. Establish a feedback loop with Sales and Customer Service to refine content based on direct customer and prospect feedback. Implement innovative content concepts to differentiate our brand. Optimize content for SEO and improved user engagement.
  • Increases in key website metrics (traffic, time on site, bounce rate), improvement in conversion rates across all content-driven campaigns, growth in social media engagement, reduction in customer acquisition costs, and feedback scores from internal stakeholders on content quality and alignment.


Who You Are:

  • Have proven experience in content marketing and copywriting with a focus on B2B markets.
  • Have a strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Have excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to produce compelling and clear content.
  • Have experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
  • Have demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on analytics.

  • Salary range: $87,571 - $118,478/annually (Based on experience)
