We are currently seeking an experienced and data-driven Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing, this role will be instrumental in crafting and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that not only aligns with our business objectives but also leverages GenAI to remain at the forefront of content creation innovation.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy, Planning, and Management

  • Develop a content calendar and distribution strategy based on data to maximize the reach and impact of content through various platforms, channels, and partnerships.
  • Manage content creation process from ideation to publication, ensuring quality at every stage.
  • Develop content and adapt existing GTM content for various industries into diverse formats.

Content Creation & Optimization

  • Create high-quality thought leadership content including eBooks, blog posts, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, interactive experiences, videos, ads and social copies.
  • Produce high-quality thought leadership content aligned with positioning and verticals.
  • Partner with graphic design and marketing teams to enhance visual elements with engaging content.
  • Collaborate with the digital/demand generation team to optimize content for SEO and improve organic visibility and search rankings.

Leverage Modern Content Tools

  • Leverage GenAI to streamline content creation processes and workflows such as ideation, brainstorming, content creation, SEO optimization, and more.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices in content marketing, continually exploring opportunities to enhance content quality, relevance, and effectiveness.

Reporting

  • Provide regular reporting on content performance, analyze trends and insights to optimize future efforts, and visualize data to communicate easily to the team.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, lead generation, and content ROI.

Organic Social 

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the overall content marketing goals and business objectives of Striim. 
  • Manage organic social channels, collaborating with key stakeholders on content calendar, messaging, and creative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing, Business or related field
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • B2B writing examples and portfolio required
  • Experienced with using GenAI to support your workflows
  • Skilled at collaborating via project management systems like Asana
  • Well-versed in Google Analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau or Thoughtspot
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD on an annualized basis
