Serve as technical lead for strategic cloud, database, and technology partners: design and validate integrations and reference architectures, run POCs and enablement, support partner go-to-market and customer engagements, develop technical content, and leverage AI tools to accelerate solution development and partner enablement.

Customer-facing principal-level engineer who architects and implements real-time, production-grade data pipelines and integrations (Java/Python) across multi-cloud environments. Duties include building connectors, optimizing Kubernetes deployments, debugging distributed systems, driving solution architecture from pre-sales through post-sales success, and influencing product roadmap while traveling up to 50%.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for India-based roles across functions: source, screen, coordinate technical assessments and interviews, maintain Greenhouse records, support offer administration and onboarding, track hiring metrics, partner with universities and agencies, and improve recruiting processes.
