Job Description

We are seeking a talented and strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong background in content strategy, particularly in the B2B SaaS space. This role will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to acquire and nurture leads in collaboration with the Marketing Automation team. 

Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to attract, engage, and convert target audiences throughout the buyer's journey. 

Collaborate with the Marketing Automation team to leverage marketing automation tools and technologies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. 

Create high-quality, compelling content across various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, videos, infographics, and more. 

Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights to inform content strategy and development. 

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX), ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. 

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to refine and improve content strategies. 

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment of content with business objectives and customer needs. 

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and marketing automation to drive innovation and continuous improvement. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 

Experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS, technology, or related industries. 

Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion. 

Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and technologies, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, and experience integrating content into automated marketing campaigns. 

Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content for various formats and audiences. 

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable content strategies. 

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation. 

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
