The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Impactful Content: Along the customer journey, you develop targeted content that supports marketing and sales in lead generation and nurturing.

  • Thinking Across Channels: Whether it's the website, newsletter, social media, or internal communication – you choose the right formats and channels and implement our content strategy in a way that resonates with each audience.

  • Ownership: As project lead, you manage the planning, execution, and KPI-based reporting of our content processes – efficiently, creatively, and data-driven.

  • Brand Identity: You ensure that tone, messaging, and design of our content remain consistent and on-brand – both locally and globally.

  • Collaboration: In close exchange with international teams, agencies, and external partners, you keep the big picture in view – always staying up to date with the latest AI trends.

Qualifications:

  • Solid Foundation: You hold a degree in communications, media, journalism, or a comparable qualification.

  • Experience Matters: You bring several years of professional experience in marketing/content marketing and communications – ideally in a B2B environment.

  • Strategic and Creative: You think conceptually, act proactively, and deliver strong content with editorial finesse and a sense for relevant topics.

  • Digital & Data-Driven: You are skilled in corporate publishing, use digital formats effectively, and leverage AI tools for efficient content creation.

  • Forward-Thinking: You identify trends early, think in networks, and contribute fresh ideas to continuously evolve our content strategy.

  • Communicative & Organized: You impress with clear communication, a team-oriented approach, and experience in press and public relations – with fluency in both German and English (at least C1 level).
