We're looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager,, to join our dynamic team and play a key role in propelling our Benelux operations forward. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a content strategy for the Benelux region, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Craft compelling and informative campaigns & content (written, physical, video, audio) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Support our SEO efforts with all the content we create to ensure content discoverability in organic search.
  • Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to streamline content production and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Manage and measure the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns through key metrics (website traffic, leads generated, conversion rates).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with content that supports their lead generation efforts.

  • Increased brand awareness and market share within the Benelux region.
  • Growth in organic website traffic and leads generated.
  • Reduction in CAC payback period through effective content marketing strategies.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English
  • You have 5+ years of experience in content marketing and writing, preferably within a tech or fast-paced environment
  • You have a proven track record of producing high-quality content that engages audiences and drives conversions
  • Experience with SEO best practices, content optimisation tools and AI for Content Production is a plus
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for storytelling
  • You are detail-oriented, with excellent proofreading and editing skills
  • Experience with content marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.) is a bonus
  • Familiarity with the Dutch HR landscape and market trends is a plus.
  • A strong track record of success in implementing organic content marketing strategies.
