Role OverviewWe're looking for a true social media native who understands, lives, and breathes the latest trends and best practices for growing and engaging audiences across TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other popular platforms. As our Content Marketing Lead, you'll be primarily responsible for crafting and distributing high-impact video content—using AI tools to make your workflow even more dynamic and effective.
You'll manage and expand our social presence, experiment boldly, and help develop growth strategies from scratch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll both shape our core narrative and directly build our following, all while upholding very high standards and working at startup speed.
What You'll DoCreate, edit, and publish compelling videos for TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, leveraging AI tools for enhanced creativity and efficiency
Own and manage all social media channels, driving organic growth and building engaged communities
Stay hyper-current on best practices, new features, and growth tactics across every social platform we use
Collaborate with the founding team to build and execute clear, actionable marketing and growth strategies
Rapidly test new content ideas, formats, and audience engagement tactics
Monitor analytics to inform constant improvement and channel evolution
Contribute to additional marketing functions, such as PR outreach and preparing presentation decks
Pursue new learnings around social media, healthcare, and AI-powered content creation
Deeply immersed in social media, with hands-on experience building and managing audiences
Proven skills in crafting and editing video content tailored for digital platforms
Knowledgeable about the latest social trends, features, and algorithm updates
Driven, self-motivated, and ready to raise the bar while working quickly and independently
Entrepreneurial by nature and ready for the pace and demands of a startup
Ideally familiar with healthcare or health tech, or possess a strong interest in learning
Bonus: Experience in areas like PR management, event promotion, or deck/slide creation
