Role Summary:

With our growing presence and expanding creative initiatives, we’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead who’s ready to shape Sozo Dental’s storytelling across platforms.
You’ll play a key role in developing and executing impactful content strategies that educate, inspire, and engage. From crafting compelling narratives to leading production teams, you’ll bring Sozo Dental’s brand vision to life through creative direction that’s both strategic and visually refined.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for content pillars and storytelling formats (educational, testimonial, entertainment).
- Lead end-to-end content production, from ideation to post-production.
- Supervise and guide content creators and videographers
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and design across all assets.
- Oversee shoots and creative direction for photo/video content.
- Monitor content performance (views, ER, CTR, leads) across platforms.
- Analyze insights to refine future content direction.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and social media teams to align organic and paid strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Visual Communication Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative management.
- Proven experience leading a content team or managing multi-channel content strategies.
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, branding, and visual direction.
- Strong understanding of engagement drivers (hooks, trends, formats).
- Familiarity with photo/video production workflows and editing tools.
