Position Title: Content Manager
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
The Content Manager is responsible for shaping, delivering, and governing our B2B content strategy across owned channels and marketing campaigns. This role ensures our content is authoritative, relevant, and aligned to business priorities, while raising overall editorial quality across the organisation.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. The Content Manager will work closely with digital, campaign, product marketing, and cyber security subject matter experts to translate complex expertise into clear, compelling content that supports brand credibility and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Summary
Content strategy and planning
· Support the development, documentation, and evolution of the global B2B content strategy
· Define content priorities aligned to audience needs, buying stages, and go-to-market plans
· Identify content gaps and opportunities across cyber security, risk, and technology topics
· Contribute to campaign planning and annual marketing roadmaps from a content perspective
Content creation and editorial leadership
· Lead the creation of high-quality content for the website, including thought leadership, insight reports, solution pages, and pillar content
· Oversee campaign content across formats including landing pages, long-form editorial, email, paid media copy, and event assets
· Competitor analysis (also Keywords/SEO)
· Personally write, edit, and refine priority content where required
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of PKI processes, documentation, and operational runbooks.
· Deliver a professional, customer focused service aligned to managed services delivery standards.
· Brief, review, and quality-assure content produced by agencies, freelancers, and internal contributors
Stakeholder and subject matter expert engagement
· Partner closely with cyber security consultants, researchers, and technical leaders to develop credible and accurate content
· Interview subject matter experts and translate their insights into audience-focused narratives
· Challenge briefs and draft content constructively to improve clarity, focus, and relevance
· Collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to ensure content supports commercial priorities
Governance, standards, and consistency
· Establish and maintain editorial standards, tone of voice, and content frameworks
· Ensure consistency across global and local markets while enabling appropriate localization
· Contribute to ongoing content reviews, campaign retrospectives, and optimization discussions
· Support content governance across the website and campaign ecosystem
