Role summary:

Content Manager (JAPAC). Drive regional B2B brand authority through high-impact customer storytelling, blog writing, and video scripting. You’ll lead the end-to-end case study pipeline and coordinate with global web teams. Requires 5+ years' experience, exceptional English writing, and B2B tech fluency.

Role: 

  • Build and manage a rolling pipeline of regional customer story candidates, partnering closely with Sales and Field Marketing teams to uncover high-impact use cases.
  • Lead the end-to-end production of customer success stories, managing customer outreach, interview coordination, drafting, internal reviews, and final sign-offs.
  • Write and edit polished, high-quality case studies, blog posts, deep-dive whitepapers, and engaging email copy that articulates distinct business outcomes.
  • Support the production of rich video content and short-form social videos, spanning initial planning and scripting through to production vendor coordination.
  • Maintain the editorial calendar and production trackers to ensure content pipelines stay strictly on schedule.
  • Organise, update, and audit existing digital content to maintain freshness, relevance, and alignment with shifting product features.
  • Partner with global web and publishing teams to coordinate timely content uploads and ensure proper on-site optimisation.
  • Manage daily communication and asset hand-offs with external agencies, freelancers, and video production vendors.

You:

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or copy production, with a strong emphasis on B2B audience strategies.
  • Proven track record creating high-performing content across diverse channels, including corporate blogs, organic social media, and lifecycle email tracks.
  • Strong background working with multimedia formats, specifically video scripting and social-first video content frameworks.
  • Masterful writing and editing skills in English, with an instinct for building narratives that immediately connect with technical and creative audiences.
  • Highly organised self-starter who thrives in an execution-led environment and is comfortable leading customer-facing communication independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effortlessly across a matrixed international organisation, gathering inputs from geographically dispersed stakeholders.
  • Fluency in an additional regional language—particularly Japanese or Korean—is highly advantageous to support local market executions.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO best practices, content performance analytics, or direct experience using collaborative design platforms is a strong plus.

Contract type: 6 months fixed term contract with possible extension
