Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to craft compelling content for account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across EMEA. In this role, you’ll help engage business decision-makers at Autodesk’s strategic accounts, building brand awareness and driving measurable results.

 

You’ll combine storytelling skills with a deep understanding of customer needs to create content that inspires action and showcases the value of partnering with Autodesk. You’ll be part of Autodesk’s Content Studio, working alongside colleagues around the world. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, offering flexibility to work from home and collaborate in our local office.

 

Responsibilities

·      Develop content plans: Work closely with ABM program managers to understand campaign objectives, customer journeys, and audience insights. Translate these into clear content recommendations that support account engagement and, ultimately, pipeline creation

·      Create engaging content: Write, edit, and optimize compelling copy for multiple formats, including ebooks, infographics, interactive assets, landing pages, videos, and email campaigns. Employ ABM best practices and ensure alignment with Autodesk’s tone and brand guidelines

·      Produce visual assets: Brief and manage creative agencies to design high-quality visual content such as videos, infographics, and ebooks

·      Leverage AI and analytics: Use corporate AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance output. Monitor performance dashboards, analyze engagement metrics, and recommend improvements to maximize impact

·      Collaborate across teams: Partner with marketing and sales teams in EMEA and coordinate with global ABM content producers to ensure consistency, scalability, and best-practice sharing

·      Project manage: Manage content projects from start to finish, taking accountability for delivering on time and on budget

·      Maintain quality and compliance: Review all content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with brand standards before publication

Role Specific Skills

·      Create compelling content across multiple formats (e.g. rich media, long-form, ads)

·      Understand digital marketing channels and ABM best practices

·      Understand how copywriting fits into broader marketing strategies

·      Use AI tools to enhance productivity and quality

·      Analyze performance data and optimize content strategies

 

Minimum Qualifications

·      Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role

·      Strong writing and storytelling skills in English

·      Ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt content for different personas, formats and channels

·      Ability to digest information from multiple sources and turn complex concepts into engaging content

·      Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects

·      Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

·      A keen eye for detail to ensure content accuracy and quality

 

Preferred Qualifications

·      5+ years of content creation experience

·      Success producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns

·      Experience managing creative agencies and visual content production

·      Familiarity with ABM principles (experience is a plus)

·      Understanding of EMEA market dynamics and cultural context

·      Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus

·      Growth mindset.
