Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Content Manager to join our E-commerce team. In this role, you will manage content for the Swee Lee brand in the Philippines, ensuring localization and alignment with customer preferences in the market. You will oversee the adaptation of banners, web copies, and product listing pages for cultural and linguistic accuracy. You will also collaborate with local marketing teams to create hyper-local promotions and provide valuable feedback on market trends to enhance Swee Lee’s online presence.
The ideal candidate has strong English proficiency, excellent time management, and meticulous attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Localisation
- Localize product listing pages and banners/web copies to resonate with cultural preferences and language.
- Ensure that all digital assets are tailored to the local audience while maintaining brand consistency.
Marketing Collaboration
- Align with local marketing teams to develop hyper-local offers and promotions tailored to customer behavior in the market.
- Provide insights on local customer needs and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Competitive Analysis
- Monitor competitors’ pricing and promotional strategies for top-selling products.
- Provide regular updates to ensure Swee Lee remains competitive in the market.
Content Management
- Manage product information and catalogs for the Swee Lee website.
- Conduct quality checks on product images, marketing copy, pricing, and availability.
- Write, proofread, and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Market Trends Feedback
- Identify and communicate market trends or customer needs specific to the country.
- Propose improvements to digital assets and campaigns based on market insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in content management systems.
- Strong communication skills with an excellent command of English.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively with local and regional stakeholders.
- A passion for music is a bonus.
