About the Role
As our Content Lead, you will lead our content strategy and ensure consistency and quality across many different channels. You’re a strong storyteller from white papers to blog posts, who can synthesize many inputs to craft a thoughtful narrative. You thrive in unstructured environments but use your organizational skills to align stakeholders and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the creation of clear, consistent, and compelling content across all communication channels, including our website, blog, social media, and optimizing strategies as we expand our product lines
- Create and own the editorial calendar
- Partner cross-functionally, including marketing, research, and sales, to execute a buyer’s journey-based content plan with the goal of onboarding customers deeper into the 21Shares pipeline
- Generate content, including tweets, blog posts, and other content for our protocols
- Work with the team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and customer to enable you to write content that engages, informs, and converts
- Define & track content KPIs to refine the execution of content strategy and demonstrate data-driven strategies
- Manage creative and copywriters to help execute your content strategy
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of developing and directing influential global branding and communication plans
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to understand the building blocks of strong content and an ability to apply those principles across multiple mediums
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritize work within a complex and fast-paced environment
- Interest and experience in crypto, as well as ETPs and, traditional finance
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and navigate/coordinate with
- various groups within the organization
(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
