Content Manager, Marketing, Global Client Group

Job Description
The Content Manager will be a key player on a growing team that produces institutional-quality content to drive fundraising and investor engagement. This individual will help to develop materials to support Brookfield’s private funds, as well as contribute to broader content, communications and branding initiatives.
To help accomplish the Marketing Content Team’s goals, this person will collaborate with professionals from across the firm, including colleagues in marketing, investments, fundraise management, due diligence management, investor relations, client relationship management, communications, branding, and legal & compliance.
This position is best suited for those who thrive in a culture of employee leadership, cross-functional collaboration and accountability for delivering results. The role requires creativity, energy, diligence and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of content for a broad range of private funds across Brookfield businesses—renewable power & transition, infrastructure, private equity, real estate and credit

Manage projects and work collaboratively with designers, writers, digital, events and subject matter experts to coordinate the many moving pieces of content development and distribution

Help oversee the content calendar and ensure that planned projects are delivered on time

Help write, edit and proofread fund pitchbooks, keynote/event materials, videos, webcasts, case studies and other materials including emails, invitations, teasers, agendas and corporate bios

Organize and maintain a content and video library; share and communicate new content internally; update and maintain these platforms regularly

Assist with special projects and broader business initiatives as needed
Qualifications and Requirements

A strong project manager, highly organized and able to collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to get projects to the finish line

A skilled writer, editor and proofreader, with an understanding of the building blocks of strong content and an ability to apply those principles across print and digital mediums

Knowledgeable and interested in alternative investment products and strategies

Creative and comfortable creating content across a variety of mediums, including Powerpoint, web, social media, video and email

A self-starter with the ability to prioritize work within a complex and fast-paced environment

A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization

3–5 years of work experience in asset management or financial services preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Comfortable using technology systems and tools (Monday, Seismic and other digital platforms).

Bachelor’s degree required
Salary Range: $120k - $140K
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations
