We're looking for a Content Manager who's ready to be part of something new in Skopje.
You'll join a new project in collaboration with Cheil Europe, supporting the delivery and coordination of content operations.
The role strikes a balance between planning future work and handling day-to-day tasks — perfect for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
What the role involves:
- Stakeholder engagement in relation to delivery and managing client expectations on delivery timelines and progress.
- Receive and manage market requests (tickets).
- Provide end-to-end management of production team (Content Authors, QAs), including assigning tasks and coordinating activities.
- Guide and provide technical support to the production team.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings.
- Manage workflow, including triage tickets and liaising with enabling teams.
- Manage and mitigate dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers across teams.
- Provide weekly status reports and attend weekly status calls, tracking project progress and reporting status to stakeholders.
- Analyse L2 scope and review Content Matrix and Market Input, supporting the market with queries.
- Sprint management and backlog creation.
- Stakeholder communication on progress, blockers, issues, etc.
- Project tracking and dashboard management.
- End-to-end ownership of project and team activities that are within Supplier’s scope.
