Job Description:

We are seeking a Content Manager for Southeast Asia to lead the regional content strategy for Mars Pet Nutrition’s digital ecosystem. This role blends data-driven storytelling, SEO expertise, UX/UI best practices, and performance-driven imagery to engage pet parents, drive organic traffic, and strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms, social media, and advertising channel.
The successful candidate should be proficient in managing team of three content specialists, analyzing user behavior, optimizing visual content for engagement, and ensuring a seamless user experience across various digital platforms. Additionally, they should have strong creative and critical thinking skills to craft compelling content strategies and solve problems effectively.
Context and Scope:
This position is based in one of the priority markets of Southeast Asia; Thailand or Philippines.
The Content Manager will be in close relationship with global, regional & local teams, with cross departments interactions. He/she will work with:
- Colleagues across local, regional, and global marketing – CMI, brand teams, marketing teams, digital technology teams
- Our Media Agency for SEO/SEM Brainlabs and our Content Partners such as Hogarth, Automated Creative and Creatively Square
The job holder drives her/his mission in autonomy and pace, in an agile way to build and grow this operation and capability. He/she will be proactive, demonstrating leadership to build, develop and adjust with learning.
