Introduction:

Bloom, Sword Health’s digital pelvic health solution for women, is looking for a talented creative and copywriter to help us improve women’s health as a Content Manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this individual will develop and write all of Bloom’s content and define our brand voice to drive member enrollments, activation and program completion across our Clients, key employers and health plans in the US and make our brand the most loved in the women’s health space. 

This individual will be responsible for helping us achieve our audacious growth goals by writing impactful content that drives conversions across email, direct mail, landing pages, and webinars and evolve our brand voice and positioning. S/he will also manage creative projects including but not limited to videos and photoshoots. If you have a desire to radically transform women’s lives and are a talented storyteller with a track record of writing branded performance content in email and direct mail, we’d love to meet you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop B2C content for email and direct mail growth marketing campaigns to drive member enrollments, collaborating with the Bloom Marketing team and Design
  • Evolve our brand positioning and brand voice based on customer research and data to make it the most loved women’s health brand
  • Develop new content to test and optimize performance across channels (e.g., subject lines, email and direct mail content, landing pages).
  • Execute thematic campaigns, webinars, and guide social media content, as well as member and B2B newsletters.
  • Manage our brand campaigns and assets including member testimonial videos, product videos and photoshoot.
  • Create 2025 marketing thematic calendar, including key campaigns and product GTM
  • Work cross-functionally with Bloom Marketing, Internal Design team, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Bloom Clinical and Operations teams.
  • Ensure flawless campaign execution, adhering to Sword’s rigorous standards.

What you need to have:

  • 4+ years of content and copywriting experience, with a focus on email, website, and direct mail customer acquisition at a B2C or B2B2C high growth start-up (preferably early-stage) or top tier agency 
  • In or ability to work starting at 9am EST
  • Ability to translate more complex concepts into relatable topics that drives action and develop emotional ties with the consumer
  • Experience refining a brand voice and developing brand positioning
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and internal Growth Marketing Managers to develop content
  • Ability to manage projects end to end from concept to implementation
  • Self motivated with a bias for action
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Knowledge of email acquisition and digital marketing best practices
  • Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
  • Track record of producing a high volume of content and thrives in a fast-moving high growth environment
  • Experience in the health/wellness industry a plus
  • Brand management or product marketing experience a plus
  • Deep passion for improving women’s health
