JOB SUMMARY:
CorroHealth is looking for a Content Manager and Writer with a strong portfolio of innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with the corporate marketing team, internal subject matter experts and executive leadership to create assets that engage clients and build the CorroHealth brand.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Develop and implement an integrated content marketing strategy that drives brand visibility, audience growth and customer engagement
● Produce high-quality, engaging marketing materials and content across multiple platforms, including blogs, articles, press releases, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, print collateral, event materials, and website copy
● Support public relations initiatives by building relationships with trade and industry media to promote company news, announcements, milestones and thought leadership as appropriate
● Manage and oversee freelance copywriters, ensuring timely delivery of content that aligns with brand voice, messaging and overall marketing objectives
● Collaborate cross-functionally with internal subject matter experts, marketing team and executive leadership to develop creative concepts and assets that engage users
● Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant content that supports campaigns and business goals
● Serve as managing editor for marketing deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines, style standards and content frameworks
● Attend select conferences, trade shows and industry events to capture content, gather insights and develop materials that showcase expertise and industry presence
● Act as a strategic advisor to marketing and executive leadership, shaping brand narrative, identifying emerging trends and recommending new creative campaigns, while differentiating CorroHealth and its divisions
● Conduct research on healthcare industry trends, regulations and the competitive landscape to produce relevant, insight-driven content
Requirements:
● 6-8 years of experience writing and producing a wide range of marketing communications assets
● Conceptual and strategic thinker with the ability to balance innovative approaches with business objectives
● Ability to interview internal SMEs and take a pro-active approach to content
● Clear, concise writer who can distill complex ideas into easily understood language
● Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
● Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior leaders and highly intellectual thinkers
● Strong editing and proofreading skills
● Experience with B2B or Healthcare industry preferred
● Four-year Bachelor's/University degree in Writing, English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
