Description
We are looking for a tech-oriented Content Writer to join our Content Management team (Quality, Training and Content Management Department). Our ideal candidate is a mix of creative and technical skills, who will work independently and closely cooperating with a specific team to deliver the required documentation with strict coherence to the style followed by the team. You will provide informative content for various layers that helps to get more reach by showcasing our products and services.

Responsibilities
- Creating product descriptions for various end-users
- Creating quality content that will facilitate the growth of a partners’ knowledge of specific platform/products/services
- Developing related content for multiple platforms such as user guides, manuals
- Developing descriptions for software updates
- Creating and editing emails, notifications sent to the customers
- Creating, improving, making changes to internal notification texts
- Developing the content for video guides and other illustrative materials
- Conducting in-depth research on product-related topics
- Assisting in the creation of learning materials
- Writing easy-to-understand instructions
- Collaboration with employees of different departments to obtain a full understanding of the product and create appropriate content based on it
- Editing and polishing the existing content to better meet the end-users needs
Requirements
- Higher education in philology/linguistics, journalism, marketing or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of Russian, English and Armenian
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge and/or experience in gaming industry is considered an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Manual testing is a plus
- Detail-oriented skills
- Excellent writing skills in a variety of styles
- Text edition skills
- Video creation/synchronization skills
- Ability to perceive and process large flows of information
- Time management skills (prioritizing, scheduling, etc.)
