YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and execution focused Content Management Executive to manage the day-to-day operation, activation, and governance of website content across multiple markets. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent content implementation within the content management system (CMS) and supporting the markets with CMS related questions, in line with central and regional priorities.
Acting as the operational link between key stakeholders the Content Management Executive should be able to translate campaign and content requirements into clear, executable deliverables. The role requires strong coordination and project management skills, hands-on CMS experience, and a structured approach to enabling markets while maintaining content quality and governance standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Support & Team Collaboration:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for Passenger Cars website content, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining and building strong relationships with client stakeholders by understanding their objectives and needs.
  • Work closely with the customer journey website team to foster collaboration

Website Content & Campaign Coordination:

  • Manage the day-to-day implementation and ongoing updates of website content within the central CMS, in line with the brand guidelines
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact with the third-party dev team on content execution topics, escalating issues and content template changes if required
  • Ensure structured, consistent, and scalable content deployment on a master level and distributed across all supported markets, minimizing rework and local deviations.
  • Coordinate closely with key stakeholders within the team to ensure timely content updates and distribution across priority initiatives
  • Action central campaign and content requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for markets, aligned with activation timelines and dependencies
  • Track and report on all campaign and content pages

Market Support & CMS Assistance:

  • Develop clear activation guides, playbooks, and step-by-step instructions to support GDs in adapting and activating central website content locally.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for GDs on content-related CMS questions and update requests and provide first level CMS support, resolving operational topics where in scope

Content Brand Hub Page

    • Responsible for the Middle East Brand Hub page ensuring all content updates are implemented accurately and activated on time to support regional campaigns and initiatives.
    • Maintain content accuracy, relevance, and readiness for all planned regional activations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Fluent Arabic speaker (written and spoken).
  • Experience in website content operations, digital content management, or CMS driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms; experience with Keyloop or similar systems is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach to execution.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and digital/website content systems is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates strong attention to accuracy, consistency, and quality in content execution.
  • Highly Organized: Able to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies effectively.
  • Team Player: Works collaboratively and confidently with central teams, regional markets and external partners.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and timelines.
  • Proactive: Takes initiative and anticipates issues, identifies risks early, and takes ownership of solutions.
  • Professionalism and Communication: Maintains a high standard of professionalism and integrity. Able to explain processes, requirements, and guidance in a clear and structured manner

Our Hybrid Work Model:

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.
