We’re looking for a Content & Localisation Manager to own the content management of our multilingual website and help make TransferGo’s voice resonate across 16+ languages. This role is at the heart of our creative operations, working with copywriters, SEO, designers, and developers to deliver content that’s consistent, clear, and culturally alive.
Automation and AI will be your allies, you’ll use them to scale workflows, optimise translations, and keep our WordPress site running smoothly as we grow.
What you’ll be doing- Managing and publishing content across our product and WordPress site, keeping pages accurate, up-to-date, and on-brand.
- Leading content localisation for 16+ languages
- Making sure the product and website is aligned and up to date
- Collaborating with SEO, designers, developers, and copywriters to deliver content that performs globally.
- Using AI and automation to streamline workflows, scale localisation, and improve efficiency.
- Building repeatable processes for multilingual content ops, reducing manual overhead.
- Acting as a tone of voice guardian, ensuring clarity, warmth, and cultural fit across regions.
- Tracking performance and continuously improving our publishing, localisation, and editorial processes.
- Are excited about technology, using AI to make workflows harder, faster, smarter.
- Enjoy scaling systems and processes that make global teams more efficient.
- Care deeply about tone, clarity, and inclusivity and notice when something feels “off” in translation.
- Thrive on collaboration, working across creative, SEO, and dev teams to deliver seamless results.
- Have a sharp editorial eye and a knack for making copy feel consistent across multiple languages.
- 3–5 years’ experience in content management on a multilingual website and consumer mobile product with millions of users.
- Strong experience with WordPress.
- Confidence working with automation and AI tools to improve workflows.
- Experience managing localisation across multiple languages.
- An organised, detail-oriented approach, you catch errors others miss.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
- Bonus points if you speak more than one language
- Competitive Salary: Starting from €2960 - €4180 (gross) per month, depending on experience
