What you'll do:
- Own the brand voice. Maintain and evolve Zowie's messaging framework. Be the quality gate for everything written, from website copy to sales decks to partner materials. If it has words and it goes out into the world, it should sound unmistakably like Zowie.
- Run content programs, not just content pieces. Build and execute an editorial calendar that ties blog, newsletter, webinars, LinkedIn, and email into coordinated campaigns. Think quarterly themes that create momentum, not isolated posts.
- Tell customer stories that put people first. Own the full pipeline: identify stories worth telling, run interviews, write them up. Package them for web, LinkedIn, sales enablement, and Academy use.
- Produce webinars and digital events. Own topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up content. Turn every event into a content flywheel: recording becomes a blog post, key insights become LinkedIn content, attendee list becomes a nurture sequence.
- Power the GTM team with sharp copy. One-pagers, battle cards, outbound templates, email sequences. Work with GTM Associates to make sure every word hitting enterprise inboxes is persona-specific and on-brand.
Who you are:
- You think in programs, not just pieces. A blog post isn't a blog post. It's part of a campaign.
- You can make complex technology feel simple without dumbing it down. Think Apple, not enterprise jargon.
- You write for different personas and buying stages without losing the brand thread. Customer service leaders and CIOs need different messages, but both should feel like Zowie.
- You're opinionated about brand voice and not afraid to push back when something doesn't sound right.
- You can move between a homepage headline, a webinar concept, and a 50-word outbound email without switching gears.
- You use AI tools fluently for research, drafting, and production. You see them as leverage, not a shortcut.
- You've worked in B2B before, ideally SaaS or tech. You know what enterprise content looks like.
Nice to have:
- Experience at a challenger or category-creating brand
- Background in AI, automation, or customer experience
- Experience producing webinars or digital events
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, or similar
- A portfolio that shows range (web copy, long-form, campaigns, email)
