About AIUC

Our mission is to underwrite superintelligence. We red-team, certify, and insure agents - working with AI category leaders like ElevenLabs, Lovable, Harvey, UiPath, and Fin.

Soon, agents will take on critical work in hospitals, banks and governments. This could create abundance - or go terribly wrong. History teaches us that standards and insurance are capitalism’s best tools for making risk legible and shaping incentives.

We’ve built the gold standard for agent security & reliability, AIUC-1, with 100+ CISOs from the Fortune 1000. Our team comes from Anthropic, McKinsey, METR, Palantir, Amazon - 50% are previous founders. We've raised $55m from Ribbit, First Harmonic, and Nat Friedman. Read more here, here, and here.

The Role

AIUC is growing into the leading voice on enterprise AI trust: ~250 F1000 CISOs in our consortium, quarterly standard releases, original research, red-teaming evaluation data, certified category leaders in every AI vertical, and an accredited auditor network. This role is the first to own the process of turning these assets into a clear, compounding narrative.

You'll be joining at the ground floor of our content function, with two LinkedIn presences (AIUC-1 the standard, AIUC the company), two founders, and three closely linked functions — standard setting, assurance/red-teaming, and insurance — waiting to be woven into one story.

You'll have real founder access. Founding team members work directly with you on voice and priorities, not through a marketing org chart. You'll shape the narrative for a category that doesn't exist yet; at the moment it's being defined. And you'll have exceptional raw material from day one: an F1000 CISO consortium, research that already lands in the FT, and evaluation data most content people would kill for.

This is a build-from-scratch role: define the spine, set the cadence, and make AIUC-1 and its founders the people the industry turns to first on enterprise AI trust — not by shouting louder, but by being the most substantive, most trusted voice in the room.

In this role, you will:
  • Establish AIUC-1 and the founders as the leading voice on enterprise AI trust, and a go-to source for analysis on real-time AI incidents, regulatory updates, and other industry news

  • Develop distinct voices/content brands for AIUC-1, AIUC the company, and each of the founders: a trusted AIUC-1 voice that drives commercial outcomes while holding a premium, non-commercial-feeling brand

  • Create and launch a robust content flywheel that goes beyond customer announcements to include thought leadership & research, standard releases, customer case studies and ROI stories, technically deep product content, founder commentary on AI industry news, etc.

  • Design and lead experiments end-to-end that generate partner and customer leads, proving out new content formats for the organization, and own an inbound pipeline number

  • Build a research/publishing programme that makes AIUC-1 the default citation for enterprise AI trust

  • Own (or heavily collaborate to drive) the website narrative, and help shape the content strategy to support new business verticals

  • Own the content & distribution function, with 1-2 hires or agency relationships (PR, technical writer, editorial/production)

What we're looking for
  • Writes exceptionally well for a skeptical technical audience, leading with substance in a structured format that a Chief Information Security Officer respects

  • Understands what earns and erodes F500 security trust

  • Carries the AIUC and founder voices and can ghostwrite convincingly across channels

  • Internalises the AIUC-1 business model and regulatory landscape fast enough to write credibly without being a subject-matter expert

  • Takes end-to-end ownership for outcomes, from extracting content and input from team members, to writing and editing drafts, to shipping completed products

  • Works analytically and can form hypotheses, run content experiments, and make judgement calls to scrap what doesn't work

Things to be aware of

We take onboarding seriously and whenever possible, try to de-risk the entry point on both sides by contracting with candidates to perform a paid work trial to assess mutual fit.

Compensation & Perks
  • Competitive annual salary

  • Equity (significant part of total compensation)

  • Health, dental and vision insurance for you and your dependents

  • Visa sponsorship and relocation stipend to bring you to SF, if needed

  • Daily meals

Our Values

Strong Back - High standards, keep our promises, work hard

Fast Feet - Experiment, cut scope, take delight in pace

Eyes Up - Feel the AGI across our strategy, teams, and day-to-day work

Open Heart - Say the scary thing, create connection, make room for emotions

Skills Required

  • Exceptional writing for skeptical technical audiences (CISO-level)
  • Ability to develop distinct voice/ghostwrite for founders and multiple brands
  • Understanding of what earns and erodes Fortune 500 security trust
  • End-to-end ownership of content outcomes (extracting input, writing, editing, shipping)
  • Analytical approach: form hypotheses, run content experiments, measure results
  • Ability to internalize AIUC-1 business model and regulatory landscape quickly
  • Experience building content programs and scaling with 1-2 hires or agency partners
