Mission:
- As a part of the Operations team you will ensure the best-in-class customer experience for our virtual and hybrid event platform.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage content requests via our ticketing system, Jira
- Process project onboarding forms and manage initial project bootstrapping
- Process and clean up data with standard software like Excel, Word or Photoshop
- Create and update content on apps through our CSM, Backstage
- Review and test uploaded content directly on our app
- Communicate progress and completion to requester
- Ensure requests are delivered on time and per our standards
Report to: Customer Experience Director
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Written proficiency in German or French is a strong plus
- Previous experience in working directly with customers (internships, full-time position)
- Previous experience in using a CMS (WordPress, Drupal or similar)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Photoshop is a plus
- Curiosity, quick thinker, attention to details, and desire to learn and grow
- The rigorous mindset with high attention to details and execution accuracy
- Proactive, willing to get things done, and able to work independently
