We are seeking a strong Project Manager first — someone who can lead complex workstreams end-to-end — with exceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills. The ideal candidate also brings a marketing background and design instincts, with the ability to elevate messaging through clean visuals and structured narratives.

As a Content Marketing Project Manager (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end marketing initiatives, from initial concept and planning through execution and delivery
- Drive timelines, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and execution rigor
- Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to develop customer‑facing marketing content, including pitch decks, whitepapers, and other sales enablement assets
- Translate complex ideas into structured, compelling PowerPoint decks
- Edit and refine blog content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client voice, messaging frameworks, and target personas
- Create or enhance infographics and visual elements to elevate storytelling
- Continuously improve processes and materials to drive clarity and adoption

Requirements
You have:
- Client-Facing Marketing Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a client-facing marketing consultant, delivering strategic and executional marketing support.
- Ability to Navigate Ambiguity: Comfortable working in highly matrixed and fast-paced environments, effectively managing shifting priorities and expectations.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills — must be able to build clean, executive-ready decks from scratch
- Passion for Marketing: Deep interest in marketing strategy, execution, and innovation, with a commitment to delivering impactful results.
- Proactive Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize ambiguous information into structured narratives
- High-Intensity Execution: A results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency in meeting client deliverables and expectations.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to Learn on the Fly: Quick to grasp new concepts, tools, and industry trends, adapting swiftly to evolving business needs.
- Ownership Mentality: Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, working independently with minimal oversight while maintaining high performance.
You might also have:
- Recent Microsoft Experience: Two to three years of recent experience supporting Microsoft as a contractor or consultant.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator preferred)
- Ability and willingness to self-teach and rapidly pick up new design tools
- Strong eye for graphic design, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Background supporting enterprise technology organizations

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 80,500 - 100,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
