WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Content Editor for region South Europe, you will be responsible for the creation of local content in email, push and hm.com in all countries included (FR, BE, ES, PT and IT), you will plan, create and execute content to add customer value, a strong brand image and ensuring customer relevance for all local activities - with the aim to drive traffic and engagement as well as new customers to H&M.
Your key responsibilities include:
CONTENT CREATION
- Be fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan to understand customer need, purpose and effect of local activities
- Closely collaborate with Media leads and Digital team to create the best customer relevant content, optimized for customer target groups, channel characteristics and best practice.
- Based on global guidelines, templates and brand identity, create master briefs for email and push for all local activities (full price & deals). This includes writing master copy in English, securing assortment selection and composing layouts in existing templates.
CONTENT COORDINATION
- Brief & coordinate with other teams and team members to execute translations, localizing and publishing of local content
- Coordinate with the Global Media team to ensure that the latest guidelines and templates are used
ANALYSIS & FOLLOW UP
- Create variations of copy and content to enable AB tests in email, push and hm.com
- Conduct analysis on how the local content performs for the different customer target groups and visualize learnings in a sharable format
- Share content insights & learnings with local, regional and global teams
CUSTOMER TARGETING
- Be fully immersed in the different customer target groups to understand how content should be crafted and composed in the most relevant way
- Based on customer insights and data, secure that the content created is what the customer wants and what creates the best effect towards the set KPIs
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Customer Activation team within the Omni Sales Team, collaborating closely with:
- Global Content Producer teams for global projects and guidelines.
- Regional Digital, Media and Insights teams for local activations and promotions.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with:
- Marketing or Creative copy/Design degree –or working experience in content editor roles in agency or client side (preferably within fashion) - “creative roles or awareness of the digital fashion industry”
- Experience from coordinating with many stakeholders and teams
- Visual eye for composing content storytelling and assets according to tone of voice, brand guidelines and templates
- Good understanding of content in digital channels such as email, push and websites
- Good knowledge of working in creative tools, CMS and MS Office package
- Excellent English in speaking and writing.
