Whether it's supporting loved ones back home, growing a business across continents, or pursuing new opportunities abroad, we're not just here to move money— we're here to move our global customers forward.
We're looking for builders, reimaginers, and global thinkers who want to work at the intersection of technology, trust, and transformation. If that's you and you're ready to do the most meaningful work of your career—we invite you to join over 2,800 passionate Remitlians worldwide who are united by our vision to transform lives with trusted financial services that transcend borders.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Content Designer to join our growing product design team in London. You'll be part of Remitly's Global Design organisation and collaborate closely with the Design Systems team to help shape the language, structure, and accessibility of our digital products.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Design, you'll collaborate across design, research, product, and engineering to make complex ideas simple, usable, and inclusive for a diverse international audience.

You will combine hands-on UX writing with strategic content design. Defining frameworks, content patterns, accessibility guidance, and voice principles that scale across products and platforms. You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team working to improve the lives of immigrants and their families globally.

You will be hybrid (2-3 days a week) in our London office. #LI-Hybrid

You Will:

  • Define and document content and accessibility standards, information hierarchies, and terminology that scale across regions.
  • Use customer insights and data to refine content and improve clarity, comprehension, and usability.
  • Contribute to and evolve our global design system, developing scalable, inclusive content patterns and guidance.

You Have:

  • 3+ years in content design, UX writing, or a related field.
  • A portfolio showing inclusive, accessible UX content.
  • Strong understanding of WCAG, inclusive language, and plain-language principles,
  • Experience designing for international or multilingual audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in English, communications, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.

Our Benefits:

  • Paid Vacation Days
  • Health insurance
  • Commuter benefit
