Job Description

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up scalable growth — a squad that empowers potential customers to fulfil their international money needs. You'll also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.

Here’s how you’ll contribute

• Get to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs 

• Use your expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully crafted, intuitive experiences that customers love

• Influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness, creativity, and content quality across the squad

• Champion the Wise brand and its carefully-considered implementation

• Work with designers from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Deliver impact and ship work you’re proud of

• Own content projects from end-to-end 

• Work at the crossroads of marketing communication and product design

• Define what great content looks like, then help deliver it

Qualifications

About you:

• Accomplished Content Designer with experience shipping world-class consumer products

• Hands on experience delivering creative and product content in fast paced, engineering-led environments

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams 

• Familiarity with design processes and experience validating how content solves real customer problems

• Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality

• Appreciation for the power of brand, and a flair for bold Tone of Voice

• Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback

Additional Information

Heads up, this probably isn’t for you if 

• You have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX.

What we offer in return:

Competitive base salary - £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
