As a Content Design Senior Associate within Identity and Access Management (IAM),Corporate Sector, you will play an important role in shaping customer experiences through content, and building customer confidence across our products and services. Using your expertise in content design principles, you will plan, create, and structure product content within a user experience design framework. While collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure narrative consistency, your influence will extend to product design, architecture, and functionality.
The IAM organization within Infrastructure Platforms provides access control governance and identity services for all lines of business (LOBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by Technology Controls, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging, user-friendly content for platform, product or service features and adhere to the firm's standards and best practices.
- Structure and organize content using content architecture principles to enhance user experience and facilitate easy navigation within products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with user needs, business goals, and accessibility guidelines.
- Draft clear, concise, engaging content for diverse audiences and communicate complex or technical concepts effectively.
- Engage in iterative design processes, research, and use user feedback to improve content quality.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on content design concepts and applied experience
- Demonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly content
- Experience with iterative design techniques, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement
- Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding their impact on user experience
- Adaptive learner in new financial services products and offerings
- Experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
- Experience in creating content architectures, storytelling techniques, and clear and concise writing that facilitate quality customer experiences.
- Experience writing for the web and with Markdown.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience / understanding of cloud platforms and services.
- Knowledge and experience of using Git
- Knowledge of one or more computing languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.)
