Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Storytelling:
- Develop and execute compelling short-form film and video content with a strong storytelling focus.
- Research industry-related topics and current trends to visually inform content creation.
- Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to conceptualize and storyboard video content for clients.
- Create diverse content types, including video, social media templates, and visual assets, ensuring adherence to brand style guides and relevant tone.
- Produce various video formats, including but not limited to:
- Live events/event highlights
- Interviews/talking heads
- Social media campaign videos
- Long-form video content
Video Editing & Production:
- Edit and create social media cutdowns optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Capture or shoot content using various filming equipment, suitable for platforms such as TikTok or other short video formats.
Digital Strategy & Execution:
- Support the development and maintenance of digital content guidelines.
- Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured content drafts.
- Develop and deliver social media campaigns that align with client (e.g., QF's) brand objectives.
Team Collaboration & Market Understanding:
- Provide clear direction and support to the team in achieving business objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of market dynamics and brand positioning within the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
- Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of Illustrator and graphic design.
- Proficiency in audio recording, processing, and color grading.
- Motion graphics skills are a significant advantage.
Creative & Strategic Thinking:
- Proven passion for storytelling through visual media.
- Ability to research and identify visual trends.
- Strong conceptualization and storyboarding skills.
- A keen eye for detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Ability to provide clear direction and contribute to team objectives.
