Job Overview:
Bubble is seeking a Full-Time Content Creator (40 hours/week) with a strong focus on high quality photography and ability to achieve quick, same-day turnarounds. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling content that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic, engaging our community through innovative ideas, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with various teams and have the agility to adapt to trends and on-the-fly content needs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
● Photography and Videography: Capture and edit high-quality images and videos for
social media, meeting same-day deadlines when necessary.
● Idea Generation: Consistently develop creative, on-brand ideas that inspire and engage
our audience.
● Quick Turnarounds: Meet tight deadlines, proactively creating content that aligns with
current trends.
● Organized & Agile: Manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting
quickly to changes.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback to
enhance content.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Suite, and Figma for content creation and
editing.
● Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, adapting them to fit Bubble’s brand.
Expectations & Qualifications:
● 0-4+ years of experience in fast-paced environments.
● Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
● Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Suite, and Figma.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Ability to work on weekends and after typical business hours as needed.
● Up to 10% travel as needed for company initiatives.
